  • Your software must be deactivated, and you must provide proof of deactivation.

  • Inspection and Approval : Once we receive your returned software, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the condition of the software.
  • Refund Issuance : If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Downloadable software products that have been used or activated
